Post. Close.ScorePoints.

Fantasy Firm is a draft-style production league for agents and lenders. Every roster is five agents and one lender, built by your captain on draft night, and then everything you post, list, and close puts points on the board. Teams go head to head each month.

This is a social media competition. It runs on real work. Every showing, listing, pre-approval, and closing you already do is a content opportunity, and the league is about logging that work and capitalizing on it out loud. Almost every point on the board comes from posting, so you will be putting out content several times a week on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. If you are not willing to be visible, this is not the league for you.

Can you commit to playing?

Once you are drafted, the rest of your roster is counting on you every week. There is no bench and no replacements mid-season, and a spot that goes quiet costs your whole team. You are also responsible for checking your own points each week and flagging anything that looks wrong. Nobody is going to chase you for it.

Report honestly

This league only works if the numbers are real. Report what actually posted, what actually closed, and correct your own mistakes as soon as you spot them. Moderators audit entries at random and will ask for links or documentation. Anyone found deliberately inflating points is removed from the season and may be banned from future competitions.

One entry per person. Duplicate phone numbers and emails are rejected.
